These general conditions of contract apply to all business transactions conducted on our site, www.practitionerwa.com.

www.practitionerwa.com is a business unit owned by Alt64 DIGITAL S.L. with CIF B63527881, established in Av. Corts Catalanes 7 Sant Cugat del Valles, Spain, and registered with the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona. Any communication may be directed to the registered office, at telephone +34 93 318 95 10 or email info@practitionerwa.com.
2. Activity
Alt64 Digital S.L. is the organizer of the annual event Practitioner Web Analytics. Attendance at these events can be booked via this website.
3. Content and information provided on the website
www.practitionerwa.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications of products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. www.practitionerwa.com makes every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the website is presented as truthfully and without typos. If there is a typographical error in one of the displayed prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on that error, www.practitionerwa.com will advise the client of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on their part.
www.practitionerwa.com is not responsible either directly or indirectly for any of the information, content, statements and expressions contained in the products sold by Alt64 DIGITAL S.L..
Alt64 DIGITAL S.L. is not responsible either directly or indirectly or guarantee the services offered and provided by third parties. This applies especially to Suppliers, Technical Service, especially the operators of the location of the event, or service personnel whom Alt64 DIGITAL S.L., my hire to perform activities within the event. The client understands that Alt64 DIGITAL S.L. and www.practitionerwa.com are merely an intermediary between him and that manufacturer or distributor.
Alt64 DIGITAL S.L., is only liable for damages that have been made intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the personnel.
4. Sales System
To take part in events organized by Alt64 Digital S.L., the user can apply for registration through the Internet Registration Form.
5. Payment
Payments in respect of services for participants attending the event. Participants attending the event must pay 100% rates in the time of registration by credit card. The payment system is managed by the company amiando (www.amiando.com) conditions on payments can be found at the website of amiando.
6. Taxes
Prices of products displayed on the website www.practitionerwa.com do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 16%. When paying with amiando system and the credit card the final charge will include VAT of 16%.
7. Registration Forms and Participation in the events.
Alt64 Digital S.L. allows the participation of enterprises and companies in the events in different ways, as Platinum Sponsor, Gold or Silver, or attendee.
7.1. Sponsor
The right to sponsorship is created once you have sent signed and sealed the Sponsorship Agreement agreed and confirmed by Alt64 Digital S.L. All costs that may result from sponsorship in particular those arising from the implementation of advertising materials shall be borne by the sponsor.
7.2 Speakers
The costs of travel, lodging and meals for the invited speakers for Alt64 Digital S.L., shall count the speaker, unless prior written agreement. Keynotes and workshops will be established jointly by the speaker and Alt64 Digital S.L..
Speakers will send Alt64 Digital S.L. at least 60 days before the event a title and brief description of keynote or workshop and at least 7 days before the start of the event the full presentation for viewing. Alt64 Digital S.L. is authorized to request adjustments or abbreviations of the content in the event that this is inconsistent in content or duration of the event.
Alt64 Digital S.L. is hereby authorized to reject the submission in the event that this does not correspond to the qualitative requirements of the event. Submissions may be published after the event at the official site of www.practitionerwa.com.
7.3 Attendees
It is considered an attendee a person who has registered on this site and have purchased their ticket. This tickete includes: conference attendance days 25th and 26th May, networking meals: coffee breaks, two lunches and a cocktail.
8. Claims
The observed anomalies and any claims that are made with reference to them will necessarily be recorded in writing an addressed to Alt64 Digital S.L. address, certifying the status, as soon as possible, so that Alt64 Digital SL can proceed to its solution before the start or during the event.
In the event that the defect or problem has not been resolved to the satisfaction of participating in the event, he shall submit in writing to Alt64 Digital S.L. A detailed description of the problem within seven days after completion of the event and copy of the complaint originally filed and the work carried out by Alt64 Digital S.L..
Following evaluation of the claim, Alt64 Digital SL issue a report assessing damage caused to exhibitors and establishing responsibility for them.
In the event that the responsibility would fall on Alt64 Digital S.L., it will set a compensation under any resulting damages. This compensation can never exceed the return of 50% of the amounts paid by the participant.
9. Change of dates or venue of the event
Alt64 Digital S.L. may change the date or venue of the event within the same city. Communication about the new dates or venue shall be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days in advance before the originally planned starting date for the event. Registered participants may not waive their participation for this cause. The sponsors or speakers are not entitled to any damages for this cause.
10. Cancellation policy
If you can not attend for some reason, the cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to marketing@practitionerwa.com
If such cancellation is communicated to 5 (five) working days before the start of the event, you will receive the refund of the amount paid, minus 25% administrative fee, or you can choose to nominate a colleague to attend in your place .
If the cancellation is communicated with less than 5 (five) business days prior to the event, you will lose the right to refund.
Substitutions of attendees will also be notified in writing by email to marketing@practitionerwa.com
11. Warrany Limitations
Alt64 Digital S.L. is not responsible for personal injury or property damage, including theft, vandalism or other.
Alt64 Digital S.L. is not responsible for damage caused by Force Majeure, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, strikes or other on which Alt64 Digital S.L. can not control or influence, especially those dependent on the actions of third parties, such as providing electricity or Internet. Nor is responsible for those defects or damage that is caused by Internet providers. The exhibitor, or the sponsor are not entitled to any damages in case of force majeure duly accredited.
12. Security and confidentiality
Alt64 Digital S.L. and www.practitionerwa.com guarantee the security and confidentiality in all communications with customers.
All payment transactions are conducted online via a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which protects data against violation by others. The buying process data are stored in a database designed for this purpose at amiando.
Alt64 Digital S.L. and www.practitionerwa.com guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, addresses, payment and otherwise provided by our clients in accordance with the provisions of Ley Orgánica 15/1999, from December 13th regarding “Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”.
All data provided by our customers through a form Alt64 Digital S.L. , www.practitionerwa.com or its employees will be included in an automated personal data created and maintained under the responsibility of Alt64 Digital S.L.. This form will accept or not, purposes and uses as necessary to fulfill this contract.
In compliance with the provisions of Ley Orgánica 15/1999, from December 13th regarding “Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”, customers of Alt64 Digital S.L. and www.practitionerwa.com may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data by writing to:

In the case that the data provided are associated with a purchase or payment for participation in an event, the Spanish legislation obliges us to keep at least five years, so it can not be erased or rectified, although locked (cancel) despite the client’s request.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contracts signed with Alt64 DIGITAL S.L. subject to Spanish law. In case of any conflict or inconsistency, the applicable jurisdiction shall be to the courts or tribunals of Barcelona.
14. Data Protection
In compliance with Spanish legislation (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, from December 13th regarding “Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”), by completing this form, the participant authorizes Alt64 Digital S.L. the processing of personal data. Participant data will be used by Alt64 Digital S.L., only for administration and enforcement of obligations under the contract, including in a customer file, and for the promotion by Alt64 Digital S.L. own products or corporate sponsors that at every moment available to its customers or the general public. The participant may exercise the right of access, modification or cancellation of their personal data by making the relevant request to the following address:

The department responsible for the file will be the Information Systems Alt64 Digital S.L.. The participants also agreed that their data can be transferred to other entities Alt64 Digital Group Ltd., and the sponsor companies PARTICIPANT Platinum and Gold accepting receipt of information from these about goods and services provided directly or indirectly, in the present moment or in the future. 15. Definition and details of “Trendline Competition”
Definition and details of the Competition: deciphering the trendline that appears in www.practitionerwa.com website header. Among the participants that get the correct answer by February 26th a raffle will be held for a Conference Pass to Practitioner Web Analytics 2010 in Madrid, May 25th and 26th. The entrance fee includes: Attendance 2 days, coffee breaks, lunches and cocktail and is valued at € 795 + VAT. The results will be published in this website on February 28th.
16. Definition and details of “Case Study Competition”
Definition and details of the contest: Fill in the entry form that appears on the site www.practitionerwa.com. One or more entries will be chosen by a group of professional web analytics accredited in Spain. The winner will have to prepare the presentation in three months with the assistance of the senior team of consultants from Alt64 and The Watt Project. The award is to be included in the agenda of the PWA as Speaker including a Conference Pass to Practitioner Web Analytics 2010 in Madrid, May 25th and 26th. The entrance fee includes: Attendance 2 days, coffee breaks, lunches and cocktail and is valued at € 795 + VAT. The results will be published in this website on March 1st. The organization may decide not to assign a winner.
17. Definition and details of “Bring Your Boss Day”
It consists of a free invitation for the second day of conference, May 26th 2010.
The invited person must have the following characteristics:
i. Elegible positions: Marketing Director, IT Director, Director-General or CEO of the company.
ii. At least one person from marketing or IT team from the company must purchase a ticket.
iii. Only one boss may be invited per company or group of companies.
iv. The company and / or the person must have not participated in any of the previous editions of PWA Barcelona and Lisbon.
v. The acceptance of candidacy must be validated by the organization of the PWA.
vi. Acceptance is limited to the capacity.
The invitation includes a conference day with its meals, has an estimated value of 495 euros + VAT.
